Process for establishing care with Dr Lambert

KickStarter $1800 

• • First Appointment with Dr Lambert: New Patient Consultation and Introduction to Cultivate Wellness Center
  • Interim Visit includes obtaining the following:
    • BioEnergy Test (done at Cultivate Wellness Center @ 8:30am)
    • Comprehensive Lab panel (Blood Collection at LabCorp) 
    • Genetic Testing (Saliva) Performed at home and returned to Lab via USPS Mail
  • 2nd Appointment with Dr Lambert: Comprehensive Review of the above and formulation of treatment plan
