Family Discount Plan Requirements

  • Only immediate family members 12 or older are eligible.
  • Eligible children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 21 or older.
  • Eligible family members under 21 must complete an introduction to lifting class or be under the guidance of a gym-authorized personal trainer.

General Access Hours

  • Daily, 4:30 AM – 10:00 PM
    (Subject to class closures. Please view posted schedule for details.)

Required for All Memberships

  • Orientation & Card Access Setup
  • $25 and takes about 30 minutes.
  • Available Tuesdays at 9am and the first Saturday of the month at 9am.

Summer Classes

Summer Classes for $250 (8 weeks - 3 person minimum) 25% off with 3 month or more membership

 

Athletes Class access for $150 ($100 savings) 

  1. Introduction to Lifting/ Strength Training
    • Learn the basics, get stronger
    • 6:15-7am Monday/ Wednesday Starts July 1st
  2. Foundational Strength
    • Glutes, Core and Legs Functional Movement Strengthening
    • 1:15-2pm Monday/Wednesday Starts July 1st
  3. Athletic Performance
    • Integrated strengthening/ conditioning for injury prevention and optimized athletic performance
    • 2:15-3pm Monday/Wednesday Starts July 1st
