Cultivate Wellness Center was formed when two families came together with a single goal.

Our goal is to use our giftings to help restore, educate, and cultivate patient-centered health in ways that can better treat chronic disease and help support disease prevention with a more balanced approach than typical clinics.

We foster this type of approach within our own families, our community, and when caring for each unique individual that comes to us seeking healthcare. We come with seasoned experience in the sub-specialties in which we provide care, including each of us supporting our own private practice in different locations.  Now, because we love the beauty, serenity, community, and health this Trout Lake Valley has provided our families, we are excited to open a Wellness Center which can dually serve as a healing space to those who will venture through our doors for treatment.
